A little bit more about me, I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology and my previous career was providing accurate test results, forms of information used to assist clients and physicians. I bring that same focus to real estate providing the information necessary to make the best possible decision in obtaining a home or selling one’s home.  INFORMATION!

I have a Masters of Science degree in Management and was the manager of a local Laboratory's Quality Management Department and then the manager of the Hospital Laboratory. In these roles, systems were implemented with the collaborative effort of physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff.  I learned to listen to the needs of these various providers of service and negotiate ways to meet their diverse needs so that they could meet the needs of their customers...patients. These same skills I will use in negotiating in your best interest.

An informed buyer or seller makes better decisions.  My goal is to keep you informed/armed with information including trends in the marketplace using the latest statistics in the local area.  

 Taking Continuing education courses is the way I keep myself current in real estate information allowing me to better support you. In this endeavor, I have obtained the following certifications among others:
